Indoor Environmental Management, Inc. offers several methods of consulting with our clients through our industrial hygienists.

During the initial inspection, the industrial hygienist is able to communicate with the client on what his or her next step in the remediation process is, as well as, what needs to take place before remediation can begin. After our laboratory processes the samples the industrial hygienist prepares a report for the client.

There are two different reports for the client to choose from. The analytical report explains where the samples were collected and what was identified and quantified on those samples. The protocol report goes beyond explaining where the samples were collected and what was identified and quantified, and explains in a detailed fashion what needs to be done to remediate the area properly and explains possibilities for eliminating water intrusion in those areas in the future.

After the remediation is performed, the industrial hygienist then comes back to the project and verifies the work to evaluate if it was done completely and thoroughly. Once this is done the industrial hygienist prepares a verification/clearance report for the client explaining if the project was successful or needs more work to be completed properly. In addition the industrial hygienist must make himself or herself available to remediation contractors or clients that may have questions.
